UPDATES: Philos in Nashville

More exciting news! Philos will be joining us on our Nashville date tentatively scheduled at The Rutledge on 10/6/09.

Philos is a group of guys, a band of brothers...they have one common interest: All of them love to play music. And, they're pretty freaking good at it too.

Using universal truths and positive significance, reinforced by epic melodies, Philos develops music with total sincerity.

Their hooks are addictive, but their thoughtful lyrics demand and deserve multiple listens. If country music is about the story and pop music is about the feeling, Philos is a rock fusion that combines them together.

They exist to give audience members a reason to believe a band is completely passionate and devoted to the message of "We're all in this together."

Memory Show Followup

The Memory show at Three Clubs was amazing -- if you missed it, you missed out!

la underground said: "After only a handful of shows, they've already proven they're one of the best new bands we've seen in the last year. You'll be hearing more from them soon."

Gregg Tillery's the one with the smirk, Bryce Martin is working it up front, and Danny Harmon is killing the drums in the back. Phillip Salick, the bassist, is out of frame.. sorry ladies.

Duke Haney is guest performing.. screaming his ass off on Interceptor (which you can check out on Memory's Myspace.)
